Your details.
A clear purpose.
This page explains how Routiq uses information submitted through the Moutiq beta application form.
What we collect
Your email address, plus your name and what you want to make if you choose to provide them. We also record when you applied, the consent notice you saw, and the review status of your application.
Why we collect it
To review applications, decide who to invite, contact you about the beta and arrange the next steps. Applying does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.
Where it goes
Application information is stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the approval queue is restricted to the authorised Routiq administrator. Vercel hosts the public landing page. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the private application database and approval queue.
Website operation
The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The application database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may process standard request logs as part of operating the service. The landing page does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics.
Your choice
You can ask to withdraw your application or have your application details removed by emailing daniel.welsh@routiq.ai. Please use the address you applied with so we can identify your request.
Questions
Contact Daniel at the same email address with questions about the beta or your application information.
